Heron Springs Apartments at 911 Heron Springs Parkway, Stow, Ohio.

First off, I don't understand why this place gets such negative reviews... probably because people take stuff way too personally and forget to think that they are rating an Apartment Complex, which always comes with trade offs.First off... this place i just beautiful, my wife and I always love coming home to this cozy complex. There is a real sense of community here! Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to say hello! Including the staff! We have been here for almost a year now and plan on staying for another year. There is a really nice sense of privacy in your units and in the pool area. Rent is on par with area and they are always having specials. We managed to get a fantastic special when we moved in. Compared to other complexes in the area... this place actually has ample storage spaces (we are in a one bedroom). Overall, I think that most people need to relax on the reviews and realize that these are apartments and that you will hear neighbors from time to time and might have to wait a day or two get some stuff fixed (for us, we have never waited more than a day). Please consider a tour if you are in the area and thinking to rent, the office staff will make sure that you feel right at home when you come it! Also, they just added a dog park!!! Which is awesome, we don't have dogs but we love to see all the dogs our and about, makes going on walks here fun! Also, I RARELY hear dogs bark... which is crazy considering how many of them there are! In conclusion, I hope that this review helped you figure out if you want to rent here. Honestly, I think that if you know what you are getting into with apartment living, this place will exceed your expectations, Seriously! Great job Heron Springs!
